This information is related only with Windows Mail Services
We made some changes to this system since the new updated mail server is installed.
If wanting to use SSL/TLS for sending or receiving emails, you need:
A - Make sure your website already has SSL (if it doesn't request support to configure for you - there are now free certificates from Let's Encrypt);
B - Use on your email program 'hostname' your domain name only (without mail, smtp, pop or imap before the name), we usually requested you to use mail.yourdomain.com, now just use yourdomain.com.
There is a small bug with using let's encrypt, it renews every 3 months, but sometimes it doesn't update properly, when this happens contact support to force it's update, everything will be back to normal. This doesn't happen with paid digital certificates, if you prefer one of these please contact us to place an order;
C - Alternatively you can use as hostname just 2v.net, this hostname will work for all domains
